key responsibilities
Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Diseño e Implementación para garantizar que se cumplan los requisitos del negocio. Evaluar la solución proporcionada por el equipo de Diseño e Implementación. Aprobar la solución o proponer alternativas adicionales para mejorar las soluciones antes de su aprobación. Asistir en SAP en la evaluación de diseños, alternativas de solución o pasos del proyecto y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de MaxAttention. Resolver defectos en las pruebas de UAT y aprobar. Actuar como enlace entre SAP MaxAttention o proveedores externos para facilitar la resolución de incidentes críticos. Liderar la gobernanza y la relación con SAP como socio, incluida la presupuestación y estimaciones para soluciones SAP específicas.
