The Senior Software Engineer position is full time and permanent, based in Athens. Hybrid work model is also provided.

key responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key player in a dynamic team, driving the enhancement of the CRM system. More specifically, your duties will be the following:
- operate and maintenance of Siebel CRM
- incident, problem management and analysis
- coordinate with remote teams and vendors for incidents
- review deliverables from Vendors and IT Delivery Engineers
- execute deployments of projects or hotfixes in production
- monitor day to day activities and report performance KPIs to stakeholders
- participate in operations automation initiatives (CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring tools)
- fine-tuning of Siebel components to improve performance and stability
- lead the activities of a team of offshore support engineers
experience
previous experience as Software Engineer in CRM systems

qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in application development or operations, using Siebel CRM
- knowledge of Siebel administration
- experience using technologies such us Oracle PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Oracle OSM, Fusion Middleware, Unix Scripting, SPLUNK dashboards
- degree in IT or relevant field
- fluency in English
- completed military obligations, if applicable
