Randstad C&P are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Site Manager to lead a prestigious £15 million refurbishment scheme in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex and high-profile project, managing a site in a bustling urban environment, being given the opportunity to run a scheme as a number one.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the project team to develop and maintain construction programmes, managing project timelines and resources.
- Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and managing snagging processes.
- Lead and manage subcontractors and trades on site, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination between teams.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing large-scale refurbishment projects, ideally in busy urban environments.
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to foresee and resolve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client management and team collaboration.
