Qualifications

•Experience with complex Salesforce solutions, including data management, integration, and customization.
•Deep understanding of Salesforce security best practices, including data sharing rules and access controls.
•Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
•Ability to design and execute data migration tasks and provide clear documentation (e.g., HLAD, TDD).
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
•Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide knowledge transfer to technical and business users.
•Experience with Salesforce code deployment processes, including sandbox management and change management.
