- Optimise user experience and operational efficiency through Page Layouts, Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and custom objects.
- Implement end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment instructions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify system improvements and provide technical solutions.
