Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion and development of key brand and E-commerce clients, advertising agencies and media platforms across the APAC region.
- Build and manage the local sales team and sales process from scratch, creating a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Develop client acquisition strategies and marketing solutions tailored to various industries, establishing best-in-class case studies.
- Represent the company at domestic and international marketing events, enhancing our industry influence and building a robust client pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with in-house advertising product team, providing valuable feedback from clients to enhance our advertising platform's competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising agencies or brand marketing, with a proven track record in related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing sales teams, with a focus on leadership and team development.
- Strong network of brand clients and advertising agency contacts.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
- Creative thinker with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a fast learner who can adapt to new challenges.
