You will support compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. This role involves working across various teams to provide compliance guidance, strengthen controls, and manage regulatory requirements. You will provide advisory support to the business functions, assist in compliance monitoring, including information security, strengthening operational controls, and annual risk assessments. You will identify and address gaps and weaknesses in the internal processes and recommend enhancements.
Skills and experience required
At least 3 years of risk/compliance experience in the financial services sector, ideally in the insurance industry. You should have strong analytical skills, business acumen, with the ability to interpret complex regulations. In order to succeed, you should possess excellent written, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
