about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Retail Marketing Executive to join the dynamic marketing team! You will be primarily responsible for driving marketing opportunities with the team to achieve key desirable outcomes across the areas of growth, performance, campaigns, social and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and carry out marketing programs in order to measure results (KPIs and ROI).
- Maintain budgets, analyze campaign results afterward, and create monthly reports for internal analysis and ongoing campaign supervision.
- Communicate with both external and internal stakeholders to guarantee the smooth operation of projects
- To proactively organize and start cooperative partnerships with tenants in order to secure their participation in the mall's programs
- Maintain social media networks and combine online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
skills and experience required
- Minimum a Degree Holder in Marketing, Business or Mass Communications
- 2 to 3 years of experience would be preferred
- Proactive self-starter that is able to thrive in a fast-paced and data-driven work environment.
- Able to work independently
