We are now, on behalf of Atlas Antibodies, recruiting an innovative and experienced researcher in antibody development and research to join their R&D team. The role will be placed in Atlas Antibodies brand-new facilities in the life science building Forskaren located in Hagastaden. The role

As a Senior Research Scientist, you will be contributing to the R&D functions within the organization by ensuring the relevant quality and performance of existing products. You will also contribute to process and product improvements and play a crucial role in the development of new products and offerings.

With your expertise, you will provide scientific and technical support to customers, external collaborators, and other departments, driving improvements and initiatives within the organization and in collaborations with external partners. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute initiatives and studies in product development
• Identify and explore new research opportunities and emerging trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and provide scientific and technical support internally
• Support lab and instrument maintenance and a safe work environment
• Contribute with scientific knowledge in our technical customer support
• Keep updated and communicate relevant research and technological developments
• Create scientific content and represent the organization at conferences and scientific meetings

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline and > 5 years postdoctoral- or work experience in the life science sector
• Strong scientific record
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
