Your Role as a Senior/Principal Consultant:
As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll bring expertise in the following areas:
On the Client Side:
- Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones through business development and sales activities
- Strengthen current partnerships and build long-term client loyalty
- Identify new opportunities to expand existing client accounts
- Collaborate with clients to support their recruitment needs
On the Candidate Side:
- Source candidates aligned with client specifications and needs
- Utilise the internal database to find suitable candidates (active and passive candidates)
- Build a network of exceptional candidates to match with exciting opportunities
