They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a crucial role in a high-profile infrastructure scheme. You will oversee all commercial and financial aspects of the project, ensuring its successful delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing all costs relating to building and civil
- engineering projects.
- Ensuring projects are completed within the projected budget.
- Providing financial and commercial advice to the project team.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks.
- Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements:
- SQS background
- Previous highways / public realm experience
- General Civils experience
- Experience with NEC forms of Contracts
- Degree Qualified
- Chartered or working towards
