- Material Sourcing and Supplier Selection: Lead material sourcing efforts and develop metrics for supplier selection.
- Quality and Availability Goals: Ensure that cost, quality, and availability goals are met throughout the product life cycle.
- Supplier Negotiations: Review and negotiate supplier terms to mitigate risks and manage procurement quotes and documentation.
- Demand Prioritisation: Analyse lead times and prioritise demand effectively.
- Supply Chain Strategy: Develop material supply chain strategies to meet project objectives.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Head of Purchasing, and working along/ managing a few purchaser in the team.
skills & experiences required
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience, experience in construction is compulsory.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
