iness Development, the Senior Proposal Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and analyzing Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Request for Qualifications (RFQ’s), Invitations to Bid (IFB’s), and other competitive opportunities. The Senior Proposal Coordinator develops written strategies and responses to RFP’s that are tailored to the specific requirements in the document. This position is located in the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities
- Perform research and analysis for potential clients and proposals.
- Complete all approach and technical related sections (i.e. understanding of the project, CCDC 11, methodology, quality, cover letters, etc.)
- Search for new opportunities and downloading of all documents and distribution to the appropriate team members.
- Provide detailed reviews and breakdowns of all RFP’s and RFQ’s for the Regional Leaders.
- Manage proposals which includes writing or sitting down with the appropriate people in order to write specifics needed for proposals and developing a strategy to complete proposals.
- Provide and coordinate responsibility matrices for all proposals.
- Prepare and collect all front-end documents required for proposals, this may include bonding, insurance, financial, and schedule.
- Communicate with all consultants and subtrades for any information and commitment for design build proposals and other proposal information.
- Input and update content for people and projects into online databases and documents.
- Support with other tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent in experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the ICI construction industry responding to RFP’s, RFQ’s, etc.
- Experience working with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience of working with social media platforms.
- Proficient in written communication skills
