・10+ years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, or IT Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

・Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
・Fluent in both English and Japanese.
