This role is ideal for a highly organized and strategic Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills. You will lead system upgrades and integrations, working closely with development, testing, and infrastructure teams. Your ability to manage diverse teams and personalities in a dynamic environment will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic project plans aligning with business objectives.
- Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
- Drive change management initiatives to support adoption and minimize resistance.
- Monitor project performance, milestones, and key metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure quality assurance and stakeholder satisfaction through rigorous oversight.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distribution teams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in system integration projects.
- Strong communication & relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle strong personalities in a distribution environment.
- Experience working with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
- Change management expertise to facilitate seamless project adoption.
Contract Details:
Start: Immediate.
Contract Duration: Until 30 June 2025 (Initially 20 hours per week, but expected to increase to full-time).
