The Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a retail marketing technology solution. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of technology within the retail marketing landscape.
You will work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the project plan, timelines, and deliverables for the implementation of retail marketing technology.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible.
About You:
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects, ideally in the retail or marketing space.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing technologies (e.g., CRM platforms, loyalty programs, campaign management tools, Adserver, Personisation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Agile and/or Waterfall project management experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
- Collaborative mindset with a results-driven approach.
