The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of a groundbreaking AI project within the company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional agility and adaptability in project management, with a focus on driving rapid project delivery and innovation. While prior AI projects experience is not mandatory, a proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and lead teams in dynamic environments is essential.

Lead the execution of the largest AI project within the company,, focusing on AI framework and enhancing data asset value through a combination of traditional and generative AI methodologies.
Develop and implement project management frameworks and methodologies as a PMO to ensure efficient project delivery.
Develop and deploy agile and hybrid project management strategies to facilitate quick decision-making and efficient project delivery.
Organize project tasks and lead cross-functional teams with a focus on speed, innovation, and flexibility to ensure successful project outcomes.
Establish and maintain project management frameworks that enable rapid adaptation to changing project requirements.
Provide guidance and establish standards for project management processes within the organization.
Mentor and supervise other project managers within the team

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a track record of delivering projects quickly and efficiently
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving AI technologies.
Proven ability to adapt to changing project dynamics and lead teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards rapid project outcomes.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
