• Lead and manage a cross-portfolio team to deliver projects and programs. This can be a portfolio of projects ranging in value from $10m-$250m+.
• Manage the project team to ensure achievement of key accountabilities of their role description.
• Report writing and developing business cases to submit to Treasury.
• Manage scope, budget, program, safety, assurance and quality across a portfolio of projects. Manage financial reporting, quality assurance and procurement services to enable the Department to meet its objectives.

About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

• Strong stakeholder management and be able to work to tight deadlines
• 10 - 15+ years’ of relevant professional experience, preferably gained in a large, complex and decentralized work environment.
• Experience in the planning side of capital works projects
