This oprganization is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a proven track record in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to come and help them drive their projects to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee governance, risk, and issue management for multiple projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other PPM systems to enhance project visibility and stakeholder reporting.
- Apply methodologies like Agile and Waterfall to adapt to various project needs.
- Maintain project management standards and quality assurance processes.
- Navigate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing conflicting priorities effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement governance enhancements.
- Foster clear communication across diverse project teams, especially with senior leadership.
Who You Are:
- You have hands-on experience in project coordination, particularly in risk and issue management.
- You excel at juggling multiple responsibilities and managing complex project interdependencies.
- You can provide examples of successful application of tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
- You possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and how to apply them.
- You can adapt quickly to changes in project scope and requirements, demonstrating problem-solving prowess.
- Your communication skills enable you to influence decision-making and gain buy-in from senior leaders.
