The TeamThe Senior Product Manager position is integral to our dynamic Marketing Team for the latest flagship product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Unit Management and the Marketing Team to create and evaluate marketing strategies.You will have the chance to work on product re-launches and excel in a competitive, ever-evolving market. Our organization is consistently expanding, with new ventures emerging, offering numerous opportunities to tackle fresh business challenges in the near future.The position In this role, you will develop comprehensive, globally aligned marketing strategies and execution plans to ensure both short- and long-term success in the product and overall primary care market, with the goal of achieving industry leadership. You will lead a cross-functional matrix team to implement the brand strategy for the product, focusing on patient journey steps and ensuring excellence in business execution. Additionally, you will collaborate with Global/International Operations on various committees representing the Japan Region and occasionally fulfill the duties of a senior director as needed.Other role expectations include, but are not limited to:- Collaborate with Marketing Management to develop both short- and long-term marketing strategies for the products, including the biosimilars.- Design impactful, measurable, and globally aligned marketing strategies and execution plans to secure both short- and long-term success in the product and overall primary care market, aiming for industry leadership.- Conduct market research to capture trends and competitors' activities, adjusting business strategies accordingly.- Analyze marketing initiatives to assess their impact on business success and brand strength.- Lead a cross-functional matrix team to implement the brand strategy for the product, ensuring excellence in execution and business delivery through effective coordination with the salesforce and strong leadership.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English, both verbal and written, are required.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, including one or more areas such as Brand Marketing, New Product Launch, Multi-Channel Strategy Development, and Digital Content Creation.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is required, with a preference for those with pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong skills in logical thinking, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and stakeholder.
