The Senior Procurement Engineer  is responsible to:

• Supplier and Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers and clients for the procurement of photovoltaic equipment.
• Technical Specifications and Quotations: Compile detailed technical specifications and prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for equipment and projects.
• Information Management: Collect, organize, and manage information related to equipment specifications and project requirements.
• Supplier Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation and selection processes of suppliers to ensure the best value and quality for the company.
• Procurement Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials needed for projects.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain proper documentation and records of all procurement activities to ensure compliance and traceability.

• Experienced in vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

• Results driven and solutions-oriented approach
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Team player and solid interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment & manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Greek & English language

• Educational Background: Degree in Engineering.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience: Desired work experience in a relevant field.
• Experienced in vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
