... - Develop process designs for new gas processing facilities (gas sweetening, dehydration, NGL recovery, pipelines)
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during all project phases
- Perform process simulations and calculations to optimize plant performance
- Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, and other process engineering documentation
- Conduct HAZOP studies and safety assessments
- Manage and coordinate with external engineering consultants and vendors
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process engineering standards
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in gas processing technology
skills & experience
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- 10 - 15 years of experience in detailed process engineering design for gas processing facilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PROII).
- Strong understanding of gas processing technologies.
- Experience with HAZOP studies, safety assessments, and process optimization.
