Seeking Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. Reporting to the Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of projects within the EPC business unit and will provide technical advice relating to matters of mechanical design through to project completion.
The role
- Technical advice of mechanical design including preparation of design and detailed output documents
- Responsible for the detail design of all mechanical systems and sub-systems
- Support tender processes and provide basic estimate support
- Procurement of materials and equipment
- Customer, contractor and supplier liaison
- Provide support to testing and commissioning activities
To succeed
- A degree qualification in mechanical engineering or mechatronic engineering
- Senior/Principal level of mechanical engineering experience
- Industrial, heavy industry or power generation experience
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reporting writing skills
- Natural initiative and problem solving abilities
- Drivers License
