key responsibilities
As a Senior Architect & Pre Sales Engineer you will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, participating in client meetings as a technical expert.
- Identify and analyze client requirements, translating them into detailed technical and operational specifications.
- Design customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop comprehensive proposals and scopes of work, clearly outlining solutions and tasks for successful project delivery.
- Prepare bills of material (BOM) and analyze required manpower in cooperation with the Service Delivery Manager.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
- Demonstrate products and third-party solutions effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and certifications.
experience
At least 2 years experience in similar position
skills
- Excellent communication skills & team spirit
- Fluency in both English and Greek
qualifications
- Cloud certification in platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating client needs and converting them into precise technical specifications and solutions.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to convey the value of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical writing, capable of developing detailed proposals and scopes of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Proficiency in server/system knowledge including hardware, licensing, virtualization, storage solutions, and system integration within an enterprise environment.
- Advanced networking skills with expertise in LAN, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies; CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledgeable in cybersecurity, specifically firewall technologies.
