This role will report to the HR Director based in Singapore. Working closely with the team and business stakeholders, you will:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits
- Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
- Support monthly in-house payroll and annual performance cycle
- Point of contact to employees and management for all HR matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ of HR Generalist experience
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
