This role will report to the HR Director based in Singapore. Working closely with the team and business stakeholders, you will:

Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits
Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
Support monthly in-house payroll and annual performance cycle
Point of contact to employees and management for all HR matters
Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
Support other HR initiatives

skills and experience required

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ of HR Generalist experience
Strong communication skills and relationship management
Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
Independent and self-motivated
Collaborative and a team player
