•Oversee all aspects of space and infrastructure planning, including moves, additions, and workstation changes, providing solutions, resources, and answers when needed.•Ensure smooth office operations by managing common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, maintaining file systems, managing mail/package logistics, and overseeing office supplies and equipment.•Lead projects and initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating with leadership to implement, monitor, and report on progress toward goals and objectives.•Organize and coordinate both onsite and offsite workshops and meetings, including vendor and contractor consultations to meet project goals.•Manage internal communications related to office environment, productivity solutions, and employee engagement, while assisting management with the preparation and distribution of communications.•Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, including security requirements.•Lead the company’s safety and health committee as mandated by the government.Maintain accurate records and documents for the company.•Collaborate closely with the General Manager to provide comprehensive support in all areas.•Provide administrative and clerical assistance to department managers as needed, in both English and Japanese.•Serve as a liaison with the U.S. and other regional offices to ensure consistent site management, timely communication, and logistical support.•Perform additional duties as assigned.
求められる経験
•You should have 5-10 years of experience in office management, secretarial work, or an executive assistant role.
•You are adaptable and willing to handle both strategic and hands-on tasks.
•You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Japanese and Business Level English.
•You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
•You can easily adjust to shifting priorities and demands.
•You have strong project management abilities.
•You are comfortable with occasional travel for training sessions, employee meetings, and other events as required.
