The candidate we are looking for, will be responsible for leading the mechanical design for pharmaceutical construction projects which included HVAC, cleanroom systems, piping, and other critical systems. 

Ensure all mechanical designs in compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards relevant to the industry.

Coordination with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and other professionals to integrate mechanical systems into overall facility designs.

Develop mechanical specifications, equipment lists, and system layouts using CAD and BIM software.

Supervision of contractor's work during the construction phase to ensure the design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. 

Ensure the risk assessments, impact analyses, and assure that designs meet the strict cleanliness, air quality, and environmental control requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.

Oversee and conduct commissioning for the qualification and validation (CQV) activities for mechanical systems.

Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis to resolve mechanical issues during construction and startup phases.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and the project teams.

Management of the project timelines, budgets, resources, ensuring successful project delivery within scope.

Stay informed about best industry practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the pharmaceutical industry.
