Prioritizing the safety and appropriate use of medicines, the company works collaboratively with local communities to deliver solutions that align with Japan’s healthcare landscape. The team is united in driving advancements that positively impact patients and healthcare providers alike.【Position Summary】Lead Japan's commercial and business intelligence functions to drive patient-focused outcomes. Prioritize projects, align teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders (GM, Marketing Head, Medical Affairs, R&D) to support growth. Evaluate in-license candidates and execute strategies under the Marketing Head’s guidance.【Responsibilities】・Plan and drive commercial strategies, including product positioning, market access, sales forecasting, and P&L (with Marketing Head’s support).・Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional departments, such as Medical Affairs, Business Intelligence, and R&D, to support successful product registration and access.・Assess in-licensing opportunities, ensuring strategic fit from a commercial perspective.・Establish ongoing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and government officials, monitoring industry developments.・Update senior management on commercial activities and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely launch of new products and sustained success of existing ones.【Travel requirements】・Ability to drive or fly to various meeting sites・Frequent overnight travel, including weekend commitmentsApply now to be part of a team that makes a difference in patients' lives.#LI-Hybrid

【Education】
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Advanced degree is preferable.
【Required Experience】
・5+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
・Experience with rare disease or oncology portfolios preferred
・Strong leadership and team development skills
【Preferred Experience】
・Strong network and track record in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in life cycle management and business development.
・Proven leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across multiple functions.
・Strategic, innovative thinker with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive consensus.
・Goal-oriented, energetic, and adaptable, with a passion for learning and growth.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory environments in Japan.
