about the role:
- This role will be overseeing 1 direct report, overseeing the SEAO region.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with both global HQ guidelines and local business objectives.
- Work closely with global teams to sustain and enhance overall brand positioning.
- Spearhead and oversee marketing operations for the brand by utilizing a profound understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and product knowledge.
- Work closely in cooperation with other divisions like retail, merchandising, and headquarters to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with their objectives.
- Deploy marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints, leveraging CRM data and consumer insights to boost brand image and customer loyalty.
- Serve as the brand representative across all communication platforms to elevate brand visibility.
- Foster relationships with key external stakeholders and agencies to maximize the return on marketing investment.
- Engage with global and regional teams to involve the right profiles in marketing efforts.
- Conduct research on consumer insights to guide strategic decisions on market approaches and communications.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, adhering to established financial guidelines.
skills and experience required:
- Prior regional experience (SEAO) in marketing is a must.
- Experience in luxury (fashion) is essential
- Proven track record of executing growth and marketing initiatives and tracking performance against KPIs.
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
