They foster a collaborative and supportive environment, emphasizing continuous learning and professional growth.■Role & ResponsibilitiesIn this key role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs focused on both academic knowledge and practical selling skills. You’ll collaborate with various teams, ensuring your training aligns perfectly with business objectives. You’ll play a crucial part in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales representatives, helping them to excel in their roles. You will lead and influence, ensuring the training effectiveness remains in an increasingly competitive environment and ultimately contributes to the success of the company.■Main tasks include・Develop mid/long-term training strategies.・Design and implement a variety of training programs.Manage all phases of training programs, from planning to evaluation.・Incorporate strategic thinking into training designs.・Design training programs to respond to market changes and customer needs.・Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.・Monitor and visualize training achievements.・Ensure completion of tasks for MR qualification licensing.If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume. ■Requirements
・3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with experience in hematology or rare diseases. Experience in Training, Marketing, Sales, or Medical Affairs is highly valued.
・Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
・Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
・Strategic thinking and the ability to align training with business goals.
・Adaptability and a passion for personnel development.
・Proactive and collaborative working style.
・Data-driven approach to evaluating training effectiveness.
・Experience in instructional design and strong written and verbal English skills are preferred
