In this role, you will utilize your strategic thinking and leadership skills to identify growth opportunities, guide project management, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality delivery. You will engage in branding, market research, and data analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness, while continuously exploring new trends in digital marketing and customer engagement.■ Main tasks include・Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including branding and social media campaigns.・Manage client relationships, from defining project requirements to delivery and optimization.・Lead market analysis, set KPIs, and review performance to enhance strategy.・Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools to drive results and improve ROI.・Lead and inspire teams to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.・Present strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client goals.・Act as an industry thought leader, staying ahead of digital marketing trends and leveraging networks to drive business growth.#LI-Hybrid

■ Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing and leadership.
• Wide knowledge of the commercial business of the pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus (can be acquired with learning ability and curiosity).
• Confidence and persuasive communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with other companies.
• Excellent presentation skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and being an opinion leader, a strategic partner with customers.
• Knowledge of commercial business in the pharmaceutical industry.
