With a collaborative and people-first culture, their Japan subsidiary strives to uphold the values of integrity, inclusion, and relentless innovation in the pursuit of better healthcare outcomes.■Summary of the Position:As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Cardiology Rare Disease, you will help to develop and implement a digital strategy with Marketing and Customer Engagement teams, engaging healthcare professionals to support diagnosis and treatment. Identify leads for therapy initiation and collaborate with Sales, while enhancing cross-functional teamwork to maximize digital channel effectiveness.■Key Responsibilities:・Collaborate with internal teams to create a comprehensive digital strategy, including platform selection and audience targeting.・Provide healthcare professionals with essential information on diseases and products to support diagnosis and treatment.・Identify and cultivate potential leads for therapy initiation, working closely with the Sales team to facilitate evaluations and treatments.・Enhance cross-departmental collaboration to maximize the effectiveness of digital channels.

■Skills & Experience Required:
・Over 5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
・Proficient in using digital channels for effective communication with healthcare professionals.
・Strong aptitude for developing and implementing virtual interactions using digital tools and advanced technologies.
・Ability to comprehend scientific rationale and strategic requirements.
・Excellent presentation and logical communication skills.
・Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry and its regulations.
・Capable of fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
■Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience of working in rare diseases company or cardiology diseases area
• Active listening skill
• Agility
• Entrepreneurship
