• Lead and support large solution opportunities by driving optimal solutions to enhance influence and improve winning prospects.
• Act as the functional leader of the local team in the region, driving the Consultant Engagement Program through strategic planning, positioning, and integrating solutions into consultant design work.
• Execute product promotion programs, including go-to-market plans, product positioning, and technical leadership within the local market unit (MU), while building technical capabilities within the sales and partner network.
• Conduct value engineering for solution cost during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Collaborate with project and procurement teams to optimize solutions, enhancing winning potential and company profit margins.
• Focus on developing local team members by improving their soft skills and product and solution knowledge to strengthen team competency.
• Promote productivity improvements within the local team to meet current market demands and industry changes.
• Lead the Consultant Program and coordinate MU local teams to work closely with Business Development Managers on significant regional opportunities involving consultants and main contractors.
• Work in alignment with the MU Sales Director to review local team progress regularly.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align new product programs with go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with sales teams to follow up on early leads from consultants, ensuring comprehensive coverage and providing guidance to local team managers for daily challenges and direction.
