They value a culture of innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and excellence in commercial execution.■ Role and Responsibilities:In this role, you will support the development and execution of commercialization strategies for the Japan market, specifically in the Immunology therapeutic area. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive local market activities, ensuring alignment with global strategies. This role is a key interface between sales, marketing, and the company’s co-commercialization partners.■ Key Responsibilities:・Collaborate with the Associate Director to implement commercialization strategies in cooperation with the company’s partners・Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration・Provide strategic direction to the sales team and support the development of marketing and sales materials・Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure success・Support local market development activities and contribute insights to regional strategies・Work closely with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with global brand plans・Facilitate the development of the sales force by providing clear direction on strategy and tactics#LI-Hybrid

■Skills & Experience Required:
・Proven experience in marketing and sales management in the pharmaceutical industry
・Strong understanding of the Japan market and commercialization in specialty care
・Excellent business and analytical skills for tracking and communicating key metrics
・Ability to manage day-to-day operational activities across teams and partnerships
・Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a focus on execution
・Fluent in Japanese with business-level English proficiency
・A background in immunology, biologics, or specialty care is preferred
