Key Responsibilities:
- Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege using advanced eDiscovery platforms such as , Nebula, EDR, and Relativity (preferred but not mandatory).
- Assist in the preparation and quality control of privilege and redaction logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Analyze and retain complex work directions to complete tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Provide critical insights into the discovery process, enhancing the workflow and efficiency in various litigation areas.
- Leverage critical thinking skills to assess document content and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the delivery of error-free work products.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines in high-pressure situations.
- Monitor and guide performance management, ensuring continuous professional growth and career advancement.
- Participate in training sessions to expand legal expertise and stay updated on technological advancements in eDiscovery.
Qualifications:
- Active Bar Admission or Attorney’s License (in any U.S. state).
- Proficient in using modern technology, including remote work tools and office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume workloads.
