•This position will be a member of APAC regional team, and will also represent APAC at Global.•This position reports directly to the Country Head of Communications & Public Affairs.

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree and above; advanced degree preferred
•8-12 years working experience in internal or corporate communications
•Healthcare industry and/or policy making environment experience preferred
•Strategic capability to engage employees and drive our external narrative through our senior executives
•Fluent English written, verbal and visual communication skills is a must
•Fluent Japanese written, verbal and visual communication skills are preferred
•Strong understanding of Japanese media
•Experience leading teams across cultures
•Proven communication and coordination skills in a complex organization
•Proven success managing multiple stakeholders
•Proven project management skills, to manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographies/time zones
•Proven team leadership skills
•Ability to balance short- and long-term priorities
•Budget and agency management experience
