Job Content:As a Senior Software Engineer for the Payment Gateway team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical direction and development of our payment gateway APIs. You will collaborate closely with a team of talented developers across Japan, India, and China, ensuring the robustness, scalability, and security of our solutions. Your expertise will be essential in driving innovation and maintaining the high standards of our products.Key Responsibilities:- API Development: Design, develop, and maintain payment gateway APIs using Java and Spring Boot.- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.- Collaboration: Work with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.- Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage development tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual operations and improve team productivity.

Mandatory skills：
- Experience: 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Database Expertise: Proficiency with SQL databases, particularly Aurora/MySQL.
- API Development: Proven track record of designing and developing scalable and secure APIs.
- Methodologies: Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have skills：
- Payment Gateway Experience: Experience with payment gateway integrations and financial technologies.
- Agile Management: Experience with Agile management and Scrum master roles.
- Predictive Analytics: Experience with data collection and AI for predicting application issues from logs.
- Cloud Administration: Experience with AWS Cloud administration.
- Microservices & Containerization: Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
- Language Proficiency: Japanese business-level proficiency.
