Lead and complete system development projects according to specified requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders for effective planning and project delivery.
Manage and optimize budget and resource allocation within project baselines.
Review project documentation and activities to ensure quality and standards adherence.
Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile Playbook methodologies during project execution.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality system projects.
Maintain positive relationships with key project stakeholders.
Resolve technical project issues and control project scope.
Monitor project progress and provide status reports to management.
Execute SIT and approve associated test plans.
Review and monitor UAT through UAT plans and reports.

Requirements

Degree in computer science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT and system development projects.
Strong IT or management knowledge and skills within banking applications.
PMP and Quality Management certifications.
Experience managing projects involving multiple regional parties.
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency preferred.
