Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for key integration initiatives within the IT infrastructure program.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with our client's strategic goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Work with technical teams to maintain high standards in areas like data center, network, and mobility services.
• Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and key insights to senior management.
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation for all phases of the projects to support future maintenance and audits.
Qualifications
Experience with IT Infrastructure projects and projects deploying or upgrading in one or more of the following domains:
oData Centre/Compute/Storage infrastructure (aka “servers” – virtual/hypervisor)
oNetwork and supporting services (Layer 2/3, DNS/DHCP/Firewall/NAC)
oDesktop (Desktop image, print/fax)
oMobility services (Mobile Device Management)
oDatabase
oOperations (Monitoring, ITIL/ServiceNow)
Experience with business application software development (SDLC) would be of value as some projects may involve software development.
