As a Regional HR Manager, you will

-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews for assigned positions
-Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, support and recommend appropriate actions to managers and employees
-Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and people reviews
-Develop and oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning
-Partner with business to build organization succession pipelines
-Develop competencies development plan to support business to build workforce for the future
-Identify training needs and implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention
-Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, bonus programs, and employee perks
-Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with evolving legal standards
-Manage HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely record-keepingskills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Proven experience as a HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices-Candidates with exposure in the FMCG/retail industry are highly preferred
-Candidates with experience managing APAC regions, especially China, is a huge plus
-Enjoy a collaborative environment and has a keen interest in driving wellness and culture
-In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and the ability to provide pragmatic HR solutions that align with best practices and firm strategy
-Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and drive change
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team
