You will play a key role in an organization centered around its people. Your responsibilities include developing leaders, organizations, and culture by supporting leaders, improving HR processes and programs through continuous improvement efforts, implementing technology solutions, and providing direct coaching. You will guide the execution of new and annual programs such as performance management, employee relations, training, and talent development. Additionally, you will provide managers with tools and processes to better manage their workforce and promote self-sufficiency among colleagues.As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will set objectives for multiple projects. Your managerial and technical skills will guide the people in your client division. Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will help establish knowledge-sharing practices within your team and beyond. You will manage operational activities that support the division's goals and set its direction for success. Your expertise and extensive knowledge will foster a culture of innovation and commitment to improving patient and healthcare outcomes.How You Will Achieve It:•Develop innovative, advanced, and feasible concepts, practices, and programs that support people, organization, and culture growth.•Support the development of a motivated, committed, and engaged team in the client function, fostering innovation and organizational growth.•Provide advisory support to leaders on key initiatives related to culture building, career and talent architecture, and capability transformation.•Coach business leaders to build high-performing teams, ensuring effectiveness and delivery of business objectives.•Collaborate with leaders across all functions, businesses, and key leadership roles in Japan and globally to develop and execute the corporate strategy.•Challenge conventions, embrace uncertainty, focus on progress over perfection, and engage with compassion and an agile mindset.•Manage multiple projects within a division or as part of corporate-wide initiatives.•Support transformations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.•Ensure high standards of compliance with norms, policies, and procedures.•Drive the execution of annual and daily processes, providing timely and effective coaching to managers on processes and programs.•Stay current with innovative HR practices and best-in-class people and organization management.•Coach leaders on HR systems and processes, emphasizing support for managers to become self-sufficient in utilizing tools.•Help drive labor relations strategy and tactical plans to create a harmonious and productive employee relations environment.

Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
•Proven track record in guiding organizations through significant changes.
•Demonstrated ability in creating and implementing standard HR processes.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong competency with various tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Extensive experience in HR management, particularly in HR Business Partner roles, talent/organization development, compensation & benefits, and/or recruiting (strongly preferred).
•Experience working in a global environment, either internationally or within Japan.
•Proven people management experience.
•Strong change management skills.
•Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of HR platforms and technology.
•Experience collaborating with works councils or labor unions.
•Strong consultative, facilitation, coaching, and engagement skills.
