Key Accountabilites:
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate open enrollments, benefits changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
- Respond promptly and accurately to human resources-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Assist with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits updates, and company policies.
- Administer the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and maintain effective talent management processes to support employee growth and retention.
