This is a replacement role who will report into the Senior HR Manager based in Singapore. Working closely with the business stakeholders and HR counterparts in Singapore, you will:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management and payroll
- Point of contact to employees and management for all HR matters
- Prepare and administer monthly payroll for Singapore
- Support HR operations including life cycle activities, benefits administration, work pass application and renewal, training and development
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives and regional projects

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ of HR Generalist experience
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and a team player
