Reporting to the CEO, you will play a strategic role within the organization, serving as a liaison between the HR department and business leadership. The role involves driving alignment between HR practices and business objectives to foster a high-performance culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure organizational success.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Partnering with managers to implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and career progression programs
- Facilitating performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and drives high performance
- Supporting executives in decision-making by providing insights on human capital issues and trends, developing strong relationships with business leaders to understand the challenges and opportunities of each department.
- Collaborating with business leaders to assess talent needs and build a long-term workforce strategy
- Identifying skill gaps and helping define recruitment, retention, and development strategies
- Ensuring alignment between organizational culture and business objectives by influencing and enhancing employee engagement
- Advising leaders on organizational structure, job design, and process optimization
- Leading or supporting change management efforts during restructures, mergers, acquisitions, or other significant organizational changes
- Coaching leaders through the change process and helping manage the human side of transformation
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Working closely with HR colleagues (HR operations and payroll, etc) to ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- At least 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, with experience in a similar business partnering role
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Capacity to address complex HR challenges in a dynamic business environment
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and employees.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build good working relationships within the organization and influence decision making
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in HR metrics, data analysis, and making data-driven decisions
- Change Management Expertise: Knowledge and experience managing organizational changes effectively
- Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and company policies
