Responsibilities
Reporting to, and supporting the Controller, your duties and responsibilities will include;
• Perform daily accounting activities and update management reports
• Perform various daily bank transactions including bank wires and inter-account transfers
• Prepare bank reconciliations and lead-sheet analysis
• Record journal entries and related reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of subsidiary financial reports
• Provide assistance with the preparation of the annual budget
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of the general ledger control accounts against sub-ledgers or supporting schedules
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual sales tax returns
• Assist with the preparation of the annual external audit
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned as well as ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications
• Collaborative team player with excellent oral, written and listening skills
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
• CPA designation is highly preferred or pursuant of
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
