Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst – Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial support to the company's operations and work closely with the various departments to provide in-depth analysis and strategic advice.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the different divisions of the company to understand their financial needs and support them in decision-making.
- Develop and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Actively participate in the budgeting and financial forecasting process, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Perform business cases for existing and future projects, providing recommendations based on solid financial data.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of financial tools and systems to optimize internal processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and financial risks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors, to ensure effective and transparent communication.
- Support digital transformation and cost optimization initiatives within the organization.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and special reports as required by management.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a proven ability to present financial information to non-specialists.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with great attention to detail and deadlines.
- Critical thinking, proactivity and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
