Responsibilities:Lead the planning process, including target setting, budget preparation, and consolidation, while seeking synergies.Assist the General Manager with annual budgets, management reports, and cost analysis.Collaborate with the Operations team to manage factory costs and productivity improvements.Translate business strategies into financial goals and tactical plans, ensuring controlled risk and reward.Use benchmarking, trends, and forecasting to make informed management decisions and enhance planning processes.Drive customer profitability through pricing strategies and prioritization exercises.Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and other regulations.Lead company-wide initiatives for inventory and cost reduction, and cash flow management.Present financial reports and analyses to executive management with improvement recommendations.
