Our client is a sizable organization dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence in the industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager with expertise in systems to lead the finance team to success in developing and managing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of finance-related systems to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive comprehensive process reviews to enhance efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and promote automation to streamline operations.
• Conduct detailed requirement analyses and IT product assessments to evaluate system capabilities and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for systems design and testing, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Coordinate IT implementation plans for new system developments and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to operations.
• Develop and enforce best practices for system maintenance, data integrity, and security protocols to safeguard sensitive financial information.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements in the finance industry, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team on system-related matters, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a key liaison between the finance department and IT teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment on system initiatives.
• Monitor system performance metrics, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance/ finance system development, project management, or related setting. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to identify system inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive collaboration.
• Good commands in English and Chinese are required
