Roles & Responsibility -
1) Develop, communicate and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to meet/exceed sales targets and achieve strategic sales objectives.
2) Ensure implementation of all relevant company SOPs.
3) Prepare periodic market visit plans for field sales personnel and promptly upload these plans to the companys SFA software.
4) Closely monitor the field activity of sales personnel and ensure that it complies with company policies and propagates the companys sales and marketing objectives.
5) Implement strong receivables review and follow-up mechanisms to ensure that collections are made as per the companys payment policies.
6) Analyse sales performance against plans and targets, identify areas for improvement, share actionable insights and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
7) Analyse sales performance against schemes and evaluate their effectiveness.
8) Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
9) Conduct monthly performance reviews with customers, exchange incisive feedback, highlight pain points and outline improvement plans.
