• Collect enhancement requests from regional and headquarter stakeholders, then assign these to the development team for implementation.
• Design new data marts to improve visualization effectiveness and collaborate with the development team for successful deployment.
• Contribute to the development and management of data handling processes and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Oversee the project backlog, ensuring smooth communication with global stakeholders to monitor and report on progress.
• Provide weekly updates on the Looker Explore enhancement backlog, working closely with global and regional business teams to ensure the availability of necessary data and reports for business operations.
• Assist in managing global cost-saving initiatives by creating and maintaining cost-related dashboards in Looker (BI), collaborating with product and network teams to track progress toward cost-saving targets.
• Provide support for additional tasks and initiatives as required.

skills and experience required
2-3 years of experience in the logistics and transportation sector. Skilled in using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to analyse and visualize data effectively.

Capable of working with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
